Our 'Young Guns' team - who signed up less than 2 weeks before the event - absolutely smashed it! 9th placed corporate team and the fastest transition time - go team, you pulled together so well and had the biggest smiles across the finish line.

Bryce won his age group in the half ironman - not even a major mechanical on the bike leg phased him! Despite racing solo on the day, Bryce's enthusiasm for this local event saw him sharing training sessions, a bike, wetsuit, race nutrition and training tips with our other competitors to support them ahead of the event.

We also had our people racing in open team categories, staff and their families volunteering throughout the festival, and of course kids having a ball in the school events. For us, this is what it's all about - Challenge Wanaka is such a fun, challenging and inclusive event. We feel very lucky to be part of a community that embraces this.
