Celebrating the best of design and architecture, the Trends International Design Awards (TIDA) 2019 announced this years’ finalists, featuring the Black Peak House - winner of the architect-designed kitchen of the year award.

Designed by Eliska Lewis Architects and built by us, this marble and oak kitchen complements encircling mountain and lake vistas.

“Context is an important consideration in any design, and this contemporary, natural kitchen proved no exception. The house is arranged around an internal courtyard behind the kitchen, while a covered outdoor room runs alongside and the living/dining area is directly in front. So, being central to proceedings, the kitchen had to offer a bold, clutter-free aesthetic.”
